The first game introduces players to the unnerving setting of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, where the player takes on the role of a night security guard. The primary objective is to survive five nights (with an unlockable sixth night and a custom night) while monitoring security cameras and managing limited power resources to control doors and lights. The animatronics roam the restaurant at night and exhibit disturbing behaviors. Players must use strategy and timing to avoid being caught by the animatronics. The game’s innovative use of camera feeds as a gameplay mechanic, combined with the eerie atmosphere and jump scares, creates a tense and immersive experience.
